2. Tickets & Attendance

Purchases: All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Refunds: Tickets are generally non-refundable. In case of event cancellation, refunds or credits may be offered at our discretion.

Admission: Entry to festival events may require valid ID and proof of purchase.

Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove attendees for disruptive, unlawful, or unsafe conduct.

3. Film Submissions

 By submitting a film, you confirm that you are the rightful owner or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for exhibition.

You grant the Festival a non-exclusive right to screen your film during the festival and to use excerpts, stills, or descriptions for promotional purposes.

Submission fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Selection decisions by the Festival jury are final and not subject to appeal.

4. Sponsorships & Partnerships

Sponsors and partners may receive recognition as described in festival materials.

All sponsorship benefits are subject to timely payment and delivery of required assets (e.g., logos, promotional content).

5. Intellectual Property

All festival branding, logos, website content, and materials are the property of the Festival and may not be copied or used without permission.

Films remain the property of their creators.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Attendance and participation in festival events are at your own risk.

 The Festival is not responsible for any personal injury, property loss, or damages incurred during events or through use of the website.

We are not responsible for technical errors, service interruptions, or issues with third-party platforms (e.g., ticketing or submission services).
